Epic Goal

Add a section for users to design and track their workouts.

Epic Portions

  1. Add a Workout

  2. Workout Goals

  3. Workout Type (Aerobic, Strength, Flexibility, mix)

  4. Add a Workout Exercise to a Workout

  5. Exercise Type (default to workout type, but if mix, allow user to select)

  6. Exercise Goal (distance, time, weight, repetitions, max, etc - inherit from workout goals) and goal level (maybe 2 fields) - allow to add multiple goals

  7. How often (Set Days of Week to do this exercise)

  8. if Strength

    1. starting weight
    2. number of repetitions
    3. increase increment
    4. increase cadence (after how many times)
    5. increase repetition cadence (each time, every 2 times, once per week, etc)
    6. Workout Suggestion (select body part, suggest exercise, increase amounts, etc)
  9. If Aerobic
    7. Starting distance / time goal
    8. heart rate goals (resting, middle (peak), ending)
    8. Starting heart rate
    9. Middle heart rate
    10. Ending heart rate
    11. Actual distance / time
    12. repeat exercise cadence (how often?)
    13. Increase distance or time goal cadence?

  10. Flexibility
    8. SMART Goals
    9. range of motion
    10. reach measurement
    11. pain reduction (subjective)
    12. angle of extension
    13. Position / stretch performed
    14. time held
    15. number of reps
    16. increase time cadence
    17. increase reps cadence
